Refund and Payment Policy

1. Listing Options and Payments

• We offer paid listing plans for increased visibility.
• Pricing is displayed in EUR and may be subject to VAT or applicable taxes.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

2. Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

• Your listing is rejected due to policy violations (full refund)
• The platform is unavailable for 7+ consecutive days (full refund)

All other fees are non-refundable once the listing is reviewed and published.
